When you use Dipity, we may collect the following information:

• Phone number (when you text us to use the personal agent)
• Name, interests, location, and other profile information you share during onboarding
• Messages you send through SMS or web chat
• Account information from Google OAuth (name, email, profile picture) if you sign in via Google
• Usage data such as intents created, matches made, and connections formed

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide and operate the Dipity platform
• Match you with other users based on your intents and preferences
• Send you SMS messages related to your account, matches, and conversations
• Process your messages through AI to provide the personal agent service
• Improve the platform and develop new features

3. AI Processing

Messages sent to Dipity's personal agent are processed by third-party AI services (currently OpenAI) to generate responses and take actions on your behalf. Your messages and profile information are sent to these services as needed to operate the personal agent. We do not use your data to train AI models.

4. SMS Communications

By texting our phone number, you consent to receiving SMS messages from Dipity. These messages include onboarding questions, match notifications, conversation responses, and web chat links.

You can opt out at any time by texting STOP. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your activity.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information in these cases:

• With other Dipity users when you form a connection (only information you've chosen to share)
• With third-party AI providers to process your messages (see Section 3)
• With service providers that help us operate the platform (e.g., Twilio for SMS)
• When required by law or to protect our rights

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us. Conversation history is retained to provide context for the personal agent but can be deleted upon request.

7. Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections, webhook signature validation, and access controls. However, no system is completely secure.

8. Your Rights

You may:

• Request access to your personal data
• Request correction or deletion of your data
• Opt out of SMS communications by texting STOP
• Deactivate your account at any time

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes via SMS or the platform.
